Returns

You may return your purchase to us within 14 days, undamaged and in its original packing, for a full refund in the original form of payment. Please include a copy of your receipt with the return shipment.

If your items arrive damaged, or there is a mistake with your order, please keep all the original packaging and contact us immediately at 413-585-2796 or email us at bhmartin@smith.edu.

All sales are final after 30 days. All sale items are final sale and non-returnable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
